Made for the names you know.

yours.
For seventy years the most exacting names in beauty have come to us for a brush that existed nowhere else. Whose name ends up on the handle is theirs to announce — never ours.
A leading global cosmetic brush manufacturer.
Established in 1952, Baosheng has grown through continuous investment in production facilities and innovative development processes. Today we are recognised as official partners of many prominent cosmetic brands around the world. We prioritise quality and consistency, striving for long-lasting growth with our clients. You won't find those clients named on this website; that discretion is part of what they buy.
Customisation without limits.
A partner, not a vendor.
Your name, held in confidence.
Everything in the box, made by one partner.
Brushes, the pouch that holds them, and the packaging they ship in. Full turnkey, one lead time, one quality standard.

Brushes
Face, eye, lip and body. Single pieces or full professional sets, built entirely to your specification.

Pouches & rolls
Brush rolls, zip cases and cosmetic bags, designed to complete a set or to sell on their own.

Packaging
Retail-ready cartons, sleeves and inserts, kitted and assembled with your set.
Audited to the standards your compliance team asks for.
Quality, environment, occupational health, social accountability and responsible forestry, independently certified, with our carbon footprint disclosed.

Seventy years, one family, one craft.
Established in 1952, Baosheng has grown into a leading global cosmetic brush manufacturer through continuous investment in production facilities and innovative development processes.
Today, we are recognised as official partners of many prominent cosmetic brands around the world. We prioritise quality and consistency, striving for long-lasting growth with our clients.
As a family-owned business, people are still the focus. Our business is making brushes, but it is our people who make the difference, from our Korea office to the factory floor and our partners throughout the world.

Three things we have never compromised.
Customisation
Made to your briefNo two brushes are the same. We go beyond one-size-fits-all solutions, working with each product's unique specifications, from texture and ingredients to usage, perfectly tailored to your needs.
Craftsmanship
Every brush made by handEvery brush is made by hand: the hair gathered, set and shaped, the ferrule fitted, the finished piece checked by eye before it leaves us. That craftsmanship is why our brushes keep their precision and stand the test of time, and why every stroke is the one your customer imagined when they chose your name, first time and every time.
History & Tradition
Family-owned since 1952Founded in 1952 and still family-owned, Baosheng has been shaping brushes for over seventy years. Seven decades of tooling, technique and hard-won judgement sit behind every sample we send. Our partnerships with global brands have remained strong for decades.
Proof, from our own filing cabinet.

Korea, 2026Every customer, treated like family.
Since 1952, we've put love, care and dedication into everything we do, treating every customer like family. When you choose us, you're choosing trust, passion and a commitment to quality.
Although our business is about making brushes, it's our people that make the difference, from our Korea office to the factory, and our partners throughout the world.
Join our family, and let us make a difference for you today.
A company led by women, built by women.
Baosheng is woman-owned and women-run. Ninety percent of the people who make what we ship are women: on the production floor, in quality control, at every bench in between.
We built our policies around that reality rather than working around it: paid leave through pregnancy, on-site nursing rooms and dedicated rest stations are standard for everyone who works here — not exceptions made on request.
Seventy-four years, in order.
Most manufacturers can tell you what they do. Very few kept the photographs.
The founding

Where it begins
Founder Y.Q. Lee, left, with his managers at the gate of the first workshop. Every brush is shaped, set and trimmed by hand.
Learning the craft

Building the method
Two decades of technique, developed one brush at a time.
Turning industrial

From bench to line
Hand work gives way to a production sequence: fibre, ferrule, handle, finish.
Scale

The production hall
Two unbroken rows of benches running the length of the building, every station occupied.

Buyers on the floor
Same hall, same month. A visiting buyer walking the line in person rather than reviewing samples from abroad. The relationship started on this floor, not in a catalogue.

Shaping the head
Fibre gathered, bound and trimmed by hand at the bench, the step that decides how a brush lays down colour.

At the bench
Y.Q. Lee on the workshop floor with his mentor from Japan, the man who taught him the trade and later became his business partner.
Going global

Growing up in the business
A wall of display cases behind an office chair: every handle, colour and finish we were making that year. Family-owned has always meant exactly this.

The Tianjin plant
Baosheng Processing Co., Ltd.

Inside the hall
Sixty benches under one roof, lit and laid out for volume production.

Face, eye, lip and body.
One brush at a time.
Every brush begins as a specification, not a catalogue number. Fibre, cut, ferrule, handle and mark are decided with you, and then it is made by hand, from the first gathering of the hair to the final check by eye.
Hair, ferrule, handle, logo.
The four choices that define a brush, and the options we tool for each of them. Fibre first: density, cut and softness are matched to what the brush will carry, whether powder, cream or liquid.

Eighty-three shapes, by use.
Every head close-up in the collection, sorted by what it does, and the families beyond the professional set.
See every shape at full size, by category and code.
Built to hold your set,
or to sell on its own.
A roll for the professional kit, a zip case for travel, a structured case for the counter. We tool the hardware, choose the lining and finish the outside to match the brushes inside.

Case, roll or bag.
Each pouch is developed alongside the brush set it carries, so the slots, closures and dimensions fit the pieces exactly.

From drawing to swatch to sample.
We design and make cosmetic bags and brush pouches as a complete service: thousands of looks, sizes and constructions. Tell us the look you want; we return design drawings and swatch options, and make the one you choose.

Full turnkey. Brush, pouch and box, shipped together.
Rigid and folding cartons on FSC and recycled stocks, foiled, debossed or soft-touch laminated, then kitted and assembled here, so one carton arrives ready for the shelf.

Mailer, folding, rigid.
Printed, foiled, letterpressed or left plain, on stocks chosen with the brand. Each with an insert cut to its set.

Beyond the carton.
Trays cut to the set, two-tier drawers, hanging sleeves and fold-flat counter displays, built on the same rigid board, in the same finishes, and kitted here with the brushes.

Four seasons of finished collections, boxed and shipped.
The professional collection.
The brushes artists ask for, in the shapes they ask for: eighty-three across brass and aluminium ferrules, every one made by hand and reproducible exactly, so a brush replaced years later is the same brush. All our brushes are custom. Treat this as a guide to what we can make.

← Back to CapabilitiesFive steps. We guide you through every one.
Our team stays with your project from the first conversation to the delivered carton. If you have a brush you'd like to use as a reference, share it at the start. It's the fastest way to begin.

Consultation
Tell us the usage, design, materials and function you have in mind.
Bring a referenceAn existing brush, a sketch or a descriptionIn detail
We start with a detailed conversation about how the brush will be used, how it should look, what it should be made of and how it needs to perform. You don't need to arrive with a finished design. Our two in-house design teams will develop it with you from a reference brush, a sketch or a description.
Design
We return detailed renderings and revise until size, colour and material are agreed.
RenderingsRevised until approvedIn detail
From the brief we produce detailed renderings, then revise them with you until size, colour, material and overall design are agreed.
Quotation
A detailed quote and a project timeline, based on the approved design.
5,000 pcsMinimum order quantityIn detail
Once the renderings are approved we issue a detailed quotation with a project timeline. Minimum order quantity is 5,000 pieces per design.
Sampling
Physical samples by air, in as many rounds as it takes.
3 weeksSample lead time per roundIn detail
With the quotation approved we make physical samples and send them by air. We run as many rounds as it takes to reach final approval; each round takes about three weeks. A sampling fee may apply.
Production
Made, inspected in line and packed retail-ready.
70 daysProduction lead timeIn detail
Production begins once the sample is signed off. Every brush is inspected by hand, fibre, ferrule, handle and mark, in line and again piece by piece before packing, so what ships matches the approved sample. Goods are packed retail-ready. Production lead time is 70 days from sample approval; transit time depends on the destination.
A factory you're welcome to walk through.
Continuous investment in production facilities is how a 1952 workshop grew into a plant trusted by some of the most demanding beauty brands in the world. An in-person walkthrough isn't a special request here. It's how we start every partnership. Come see the floor for yourself.
Independently audited, top to bottom.
Quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, social accountability and responsible forestry, plus disclosed carbon reporting and an EcoVadis rating.
Come and hold the brushes.
A twenty-minute conversation at a stand will tell you more than any website — bring the product you're developing and we'll talk through what's possible.
